SEARCHING THE CERTIFICATE OF TITLE
A search of the Certificate of Title establishes the owners of the property, the land description and the volume and folio which are unique numbers allocated to each parcel of land.

We identify if the land has any encumbrances such as easements, rights of way or restrictive covenants. We obtain copies of these and forward them on to you, so that you are aware they exist and what they are.

If you are not sure what the encumber are, we will be happy to go through them with you and explain what they mean to you.

Every new file that is opened is searched to verify these details, a search is also carried out after settlement to confirm that the property has changed into your name once the documentation is lodged.
