Based in Mandurah Western Australia, Riverside Settlements is a proudly independent Real Estate Settlement Agent specialising in real estate settlements and Land Titles procedures.

Principle Settlment Agent, Jan Bullen is the Licensee and holds a Settlement Agents License as required by the Settlement Agents Act 1981. With a background including banking and finance Jan also holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Conveyancing).

We understand that buying or selling property can be quite daunting whether you have bought or sold before, are an investor or a first home buyer. Whether residential, investment, vacant land or commercial buying or selling is just the beginning of a complex process.
