STRATA TITLED PROPERTY
A Strata Titled property purchase settlement is more complex than a single residence settlement. You should receive from your Real Estate Agent a Form 28 & 29 before or at the time of signing the Offer and Acceptance.
During the settlement process we will liaise with the strata manager to establish relevant body corporate details, relevant levies and special levies and joint strata insurance details. Fees are payable to the Strata Manager for supplying these details and we will include this in your settlement statement.
We will also make enquiries on your behalf to the Water Corporation and the relevant local authority. Fees are payable to the authorities concerned to provide this information, we will advise you of the fee which applies in the case of your property and include it in your settlement statement.
