DOCUMENT SIGNING
Throughout the settlement process there will be various documents for you to sign. In the case of the Transfer of Land your signature will need to be witnessed by a person over the age of 18 years and who is not a party to the transaction.
These documents will be sent to you together with a reply paid envelope for their return.
In some cases where distance permits we are happy to come to you to assist with any documentation.
